Located in the heart of downtown PC - this completely renovated historic building is centrally located - and just minutes from the jet express to the beautiful island of Put in Bay, beaches, restaurants, local shopping, bars, live entertainment and the new M.O.M area - also located within the outdoor beverage district! We have five suites that can be rented individually or in a combination. Careful- you may not want to leave! We love downtown PC and look forward to welcoming you as well!
The Building
We have taken a building built in 1896 and fully renovated the top two floors to todays standards. It was a labor of love and we are proud to have done it. The building had been used for various things over time such as office space, residential, a photo studio and a dentist office. The ground floors are occupied by a law office and our real estate brokerage. The third floor is our personal apartment.

This two bedroom- 1 and 1/2 bath apartment space offering a secure entry into the building and into your private apartment. Completely renovated in 2020. Includes a desk area, and laundry, wifi, smart tv. We do love to invite kids, however parents - some of the art work may be considered a little risqué - we don't want to surprise or offend anyone. Its all in good fun, but we want to make you aware.
